Contracts Extended for Fraports Executive Board Chairman and Vice Chairman

FRANKFURT 21. 3. 2005 (PROTEXT/ots) - Fraport AGs supervisoryboard today approved contract extensions for the companysexecutive board chairman and vice chairman. Dr. Wilhelm Bendersterm as chairman of the executive board will be extended fromJanuary 1, 2006, through to August 31, 2009. Likewise, Prof.Manfred Schölchs contract as vice chairman of the executiveboard and executive board member responsible for infrastructureand legal affairs has been renewed for the period from January1, 2006, to June 20, 2007.

Dr. Wilhelm Bender, age 60, has served as the executiveboard chairman of Fraport AG (formerly Flughafen Frankfurt/MainAG) since January 1993. As CEO of the Frankfurt Airportcompany, he has overseen the inauguration of Terminal 2 inOctober 1994 and the companys initial public offering in June2001.

Prof. Manfred Schölch, age 62, has been a member of theFraport executive board since 1986 and vice chairman since 1989.He first joined the company in June 1971. His executive boardresponsibilities include obtaining planning approval for theexpansion of Frankfurt Airports runway system.
