Irving, Texas (PROTEXT) - Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM)announced today that its affiliate Mobil Oil AG has reachedagreement to sell its 28 percent interest in Aral AG to Veba OelAG. Aral is Germany's leading service station company. This sale satisfies conditions required by the EuropeanCommission for approving the ExxonMobil merger.
