Fraport AG Expands Activities in the European Security Services Market

Frankfurt/Main, Germany 20. prosince - (ots/PROTEXT) - FraportAG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide will be taking fullownership of Amsterdam-based ICTS Europe Holding B.V. Fraport'sCIVAS GmbH subsidiary of Neu-Isenburg, Germany, took a 45-percentshare in ICTS Europe at the beginning of this year. One yearlater on January 1, 2002, Fraport AG itself intends to acquirethe remaining 55 percent of ICTS Europe. As a result of thisacquisition, Fraport AG will become a market leader for aviationsecurity services in Europe. Active in most West Europeancountries, ICTS is well placed to pursue further growthopportunities in the entire area of terminal services. ThroughCIVAS and ICTS, Fraport AG will be represented at 33 of thelargest airports in the European Union (EU). Plans call formerging CIVAS and ICTS in the near future.
