Fraport AG Holds Shareholders' / Annual General Meeting on June 25

Frankfurt a.M. (Germany) 24. 6. 2003 (PROTEXT/ots) - FraportAG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide will be welcoming itsshareholders to the company's second regular Annual GeneralMeeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 25 (tomorrow), at theJahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Hoechst, Germany. The AGMofficially starts at 10:00 in the morning, with admissionbeginning from 8:00. Nearly 400 of Fraport's own employees fromFrankfurt Airport will be working at the AGM. Like last year, theshareholders' invitation card also serves as a valid ticket forthe Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority (RMV). Shuttle buseswill be running between the nearby Hoechst train station(northern side) and the Jahrhunderthalle all day on Wednesday.AGM participants will have to go through an intensive securitycheck when they enter the Jahrhunderthalle.

Roland Koch, prime minister of the German federal state ofHesse and chairman of Fraport AG's supervisory board will beheading the AGM. Dr. Wilhelm Bender, Fraport's executive boardchairman will present the company's fiscal 2002 results and talkabout business development in the current year. This will befollowed by a general discussion. The speeches of Prime MinisterKoch and Dr. Bender will be broadcast live on the Internet athttp://streaming.fraport.com.

Prior to Fraport's initial public offering (IPO) in June2001, the shares in Germany's largest airport company werewholly owned by government shareholders: the municipal, stateand federal levels of government. Now, 29.2 percent of thecompany's stock is owned by private/institutional investors -including shares held by about two-thirds of Fraport'semployees. The remaining Fraport shares are owned by the stateof Hesse with 32.0 percent, the City of Frankfurt (through"Stadtwerke") with 20.5 percent, and the Federal Republic ofGermany with 18.3 percent.
