Fraport AGM 2005: Fraport Annual General Meeting Decides on Dividend Increase: 75 Euro Cents per Share Will Be Paid for Fiscal 2004

Fruankfurt, Germany 2. 6. 2005 (PROTEXT/ots) - Some 1,802shareholders and shareholder representatives attended FraportAGs (FSE:FRA) fourth annual general meeting (AGM). Held at theJahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Hoechst, Germany, the AGMofficially ended at approximately 18:20 today.

The AGM, with a vote of 99.99 percent, agreed to a dividendpayment of 75 euro cents per share for fiscal 2004. The actionsof Fraports executive board and supervisory board were ratifiedwith 99.97 percent and 99.99 percent of the votes,correspondingly. The AGM was chaired by Karlheinz Weimar, theHesse minister of finance and Fraports supervisory boardchairman. Dr. Wilhelm Bender, Fraports executive boardchairman, presented the results for fiscal year 2004 and thebusiness outlook for 2005.

Attendance at the fourth AGM represented a total presence of80.15 percent of the registered capital stock.
