FRANKFURT Jan 10 (PROTEXT/ots) - The Airport Conference Center(ACC) at Frankfurt Airport (airport code = FRA) reported a 10percent increase in the number of guests and events during 2001,thus strengthening FRA's position as a well-establishedconference and meeting venue. Operated by Fraport AG FrankfurtAirport Services Worldwide, the ACC hosted 89,000 guests and8,620 events last year, the best figures since the ACC opened itsdoors in 1988. Located in the Frankfurt Airport Center 1 (FAC) office complexopposite Terminal 1, the ACC is linked to the check-in halls viaan enclosed pedestrian bridge. Quick and convenient access to thepassenger terminals makes the ACC particularly attractive for"fly and meet" events. The ACC offers 30 air-conditioned conference rooms for up to200 guests.
