Gerresheimer Glas AG reorganises Executive Board

Dusseldorf, Germany 2. 10. 2003 (PROTEXT/ots) - TheSupervisory Board of Gerresheimer Glas AG has appointed UweRöhrhoff to the company's Executive Board. Röhrhoff, who has beenwith the Gerresheimer Group since 1991, is responsible for theGlass Packaging Division.
Tim. F. Ley, Chief Financial Officer of Gerresheimer Glas AG,resigned as at 30 September 2003 on a friendly basis.
The Chairman of the Executive Board of Gerresheimer Glas AG,Dr. Axel Herberg, assumes the function of Chief FinancialOfficer in addition to his existing duties.
As Human Resources Director, Gerhard Schulze retainsresponsibility in the Executive Board for Human Resources.
