In this role, he reportsdirectly to the CEO, Robert Hoog. Dr. Manuel Dohr (35) has worked for IXOS since August 1999.His first task was to set up the legal department. Dr. ManuelDohr has many years of international experience as an attorney.He brings to IXOS broad experience in the areas of mergers andacquisitions, stock option plans, as well as corporate financeand corporate law. Hecompleted his law degree, an LL.M. and a doctorate degree and wasadmitted to practice Law in Germany and in the State of Michigan.He did his legal internship at the higher regional court inDüsseldorf.
