The main shareholders and the board of directors of Wall AGhave not welcomed this participation. The unauthorized sale of Wall shares was conducted by BCF, aparticipation company of the Berlin AG banking company. Wall AGis examining the matter to ascertain whether claims for damagescan be put forward. Hans Wall, chairman of the board of directors and majorityshareholder at Wall AG, commented on the sale of the shares bysaying: 'We are very disappointed by the actions taken by BFC andthe Landesbank Berlin. It's a sign of incompetence when a blockof shares from a medium-sized company is sold withoutconsultation and, what's more, to the main competitor.' The participation of JCDecaux SA does not influence companydecisions, whether on the board of directors or the supervisoryboard of Wall AG. Therefore, this participation does notrepresent a strategic but a purely financial participation. otsOriginal Text Service: Wall AG Internet:http://www.presseportal.de For further information and queries:Wall AG
