The "RTL Dating & Friends Service" represents a novelinteractive mobile service from RTL. The company has teamed upwith conVISUAL and, together, they have set their sights onexpanding the largest and most popular flirt and dating platformamong German speakers.

Each RTL Dating participant can find his/her partner for lifeor simply make new friends via the Web (dating.rtl.de) or themobile phone. conVISUAL looks after the mobile part - the SMSDating - based on its Multimedia Message Broker platform. Bysending simple SMS commands to the quick-dial number 73066 inVodafone D2, E-Plus, or VIAG Interkom networks, sociable mobilephone users receive details of potential dates that correspondto their search criteria. If one has sparked the particularuser's interest, more SMS commands can be sent to obtaindetailed information or to initiate a one-to-one chat. Therefore,it is now possible to directly arrange a meeting with the idealpartner by mobile phone.

The service charge is conveniently included in the mobilephone bill. conVISUAL is responsible for the billing processwith network operators and, thus, assumes the collection rolefor RTL.
