Plaut Aktiengesellschaft Wins Major Project With Allied Domecq Of Worldwide Mysap.Com Implementation

Munich/Salzburg (PROTEXT/ots) - Plaut Consulting, Inc., theU.S. branch of Plaut AG, listed on the "Neuer Market" inFrankfurt (SCN 918 703), has been selected by Allied Domecq PLCto implement SAP's mySAP.com software across all Allied Domecqsubsidiaries within North America and Europe. Allied Domecq isthe second largest premium spirits company in the world as wellas a leading worldwide wine producer. In these interrelated projects Plaut will exploit global datastandards to support enhanced sales and marketing effectivenessand to improve profit visibility across all business channelswithin Allied Domecq's operations. The project includes theimplementation of software modules for the administration,control and monitoring of finances as well as SCM Logistics,Material Management, Production Planning and Sales andDistribution. Further project responsibilities of the IT-management consulting company specialising in IT-services will bethe development of SAP-Basis systems, the ABAP environment,Change Management for the adjustment of internal processes toplatform changes, and user training. The European portion of theproject will be based in three countries: England, Scotland andSpain.
