He will continue to advise the Management ConsultantGroup as a consultant for several months. The duties of the Chief Financial Officer will be assumeduntil further notice by Chief Executive Officer Erich Lebeiner.He will be assisted by the Director of Finance, JohannZwicklhuber, who offers the relevant competency due to his manyyears of knowledge of the company and his qualifications in thearea of finance and controlling.
