Munich/Salzburg (ots/PROTEXT) - Plaut Aktiengesellschaft(Securities Identification Number 918 703) announces that itsChief Financial Officer, Erwin Schilliger, will leave the companyafter the ordinary Annual General Meeting on June 1, 2001, sincehe can no longer be available on a full-time basis for privatereasons. He will continue to advise the Management ConsultantGroup as a consultant for several months. The duties of the Chief Financial Officer will be assumeduntil further notice by Chief Executive Officer Erich Lebeiner.He will be assisted by the Director of Finance, JohannZwicklhuber, who offers the relevant competency due to his manyyears of knowledge of the company and his qualifications in thearea of finance and controlling.
