H.H. Scott, Inc., a division of Emerson Radio Corp., is theundisputed owner of the SCOTT(R) brands in Europe and overseasfor electronic consumer goods and is therefore alone authorisedto use and license this mark.

The worldwidegood reputation of SCOTT(R) products is based on outstandingtechnical quality and an attractive, modern design. Because of the great recognition of thebrand, there are possibly other companies who use the brandSCOTT(R) without authorisation to market their products.
